Once an agreement to purchase a home is made the clock starts ticking. As the buyer you are likely on the clock to complete your due diligence. My goal is to keep your project on time.

I schedule home inspections 7 days a week and work with your hours and schedule to keep your process on track.

My reports are a comprehensive documentation of the homes current condition, any functional or safety defects noted, home maintenance items and recommendations. The report is aimed at helping clients understand the home so they can make great decisions and help them maintain their home into the future.

After your inspection you will be provided with InterNACHI's "Now That You've had a Home Inspection" book which will help you better understand your home inspection and to provide you with relevant information to help you in the maintenance of your home. 

A typical home inspection report is 70 to 90 pages and will include several pages of inspector comments, recommendations, photos, and maintenance suggestions. This combined with your sellers disclosure information can be overwhelming. The best advice is to take a minute to breath and then read the entire report. When you have questions I will be available to help you find the answers.
